Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in architecture, and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Review architectural plans and provide feedback to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure efficient project execution
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients on project status
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
- Biometric passport is required for this position

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (candidates from other countries are welcome)

Contract Type: Full-time contract
