Architecture Manager - Siauliai, Lithuania



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that project goals are met
- Work closely with contractors and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
- Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring they are in line with client requirements and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Oversee budget management for projects, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project management best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management role
- Knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of construction processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$. As an international company, we welcome candidates from all nationalities. However, proficiency in English is required for this role.
