Excavator Operator


An excavation company is seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Atlanta. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate excavator and other heavy equipment to perform various excavation tasks
- Read and interpret construction plans and markings
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery
- Monitor equipment for any malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating an excavator or similar heavy equipment
- Ability to read construction plans and markings accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
$1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Atlanta, GA (candidates must already be located in or willing to relocate at their own expense)
