Administrative Assistant – Umm-Said, Qatar
An established company in Umm-Said, Qatar is seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is open to candidates of Pakistani and Nepali nationalities.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. This includes handling incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and databases, and assisting with general office tasks.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Handling general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assisting with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
