Teamlead - Project Management (St-Petersburg)

We are hiring a highly skilled Teamlead to join our Project Management team in St-Petersburg. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of project managers and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of project managers, providing guidance and support throughout all stages of project delivery
- Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks or delays
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards meeting goals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Agile methodologies or Scrum is preferred
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
