We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing hospitality business in the beautiful city of St. Petersburg, Russia. As a teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees, ensuring efficient operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure smooth daily operations
- Train new team members and provide ongoing training for current employees
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues
- Maintain a positive working environment for all team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a supervisor or team lead in the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to relocate to St. Petersburg, Russia if not already based there

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.
