Indian Chef in Chelyabinsk


We are in search of an experienced Indian Chef to join our team at a top restaurant in Chelyabinsk. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food and service standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and create new dishes that showcase the flavors and traditions of Indian cuisine
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes including curries, tandoori meats, naan breads, and other traditional dishes
- Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain menu offerings
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes of all dishes served
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service to customers

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Ability to lead kitchen operations and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and work with a diverse team
- Must be willing to relocate to Chelyabinsk if not currently residing there

Salary:
