Executive Chef - International Cuisine (Chelyabinsk, Russia)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1800$. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our international cuisine menu and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop innovative and diverse menus that cater to different dietary preferences and cultural backgrounds
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen employees
- Oversee the purchasing of ingredients and supplies while maintaining budgetary guidelines
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions related to food offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients to avoid waste or spoilage
- Continuously strive to improve menu offerings through research and staying up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisine, including different cooking techniques, spices, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience as a chef
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
