Online Consultant (English-speaking) for International Company in Vilnius


We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Online Consultants for our international company located in the beautiful city of Vilnius. This is a remote position, making it a great opportunity for candidates from Egypt and Canada, as well as those without previous experience or knowledge of English.

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through online chat and email support. Your main focus will be assisting clients with their inquiries and providing them with accurate and timely information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries through online chat and email support
- Providing product information, pricing, and technical support to clients
- Assisting clients with placing orders and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient handling of client inquiries

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (no other language proficiency required)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (typing speed of at least 40 words per minute)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
