Online Consultant (Part-Time)


We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Vilnius. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and social media platforms
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Assisting with online order processing and payment inquiries
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platform
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media channels
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for part-time hours.

Location:
This is an in-office position located in Vilnius. However, we welcome applications from foreigners who are willing to relocate.
