Master Body Repair Technician


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Body Repair Technician to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Master Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition using various techniques such as welding, sanding, painting, and buffing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the best repair method
- Repair or replace damaged body panels using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform metalwork, welding, sanding, painting, and buffing to restore vehicle appearance
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with new repair techniques and technologies
- Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide cost estimates

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Body Repair Technician
- Proven ability to repair various types of damage on different vehicle makes and models
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle body materials, tools, equipment, and repair methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
