Sales Manager for Siauliai

We are hiring a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals and targets, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. A degree in business or marketing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives.
- Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Identify new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and other methods.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates on progress towards goals.
- Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities.
- Attend industry events to network and promote our products/services.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Results-driven attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who are proficient in English.
