Waiter/Waitress

We are a busy restaurant located in the charming city of Eschen, seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders, make recommendations, and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and quality
- Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their meal
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively
- Process payments accurately using POS system and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide top-notch customer service
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and air ticket.
