We are currently hiring a skilled Barber to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing hair cutting and styling services to our clients. You should have excellent customer service skills and be able to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and consult with clients about their desired hairstyle
- Provide hair cutting, styling, and shaving services
- Keep the salon area clean and organized
- Maintain knowledge of current hairstyles and trends
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of current hairstyles and trends
- Ability to use barbering tools effectively (e.g. scissors, razors)
- Good communication skills in English (Russian is a plus)
- Must be authorized to work in Russia
