Hotel Sales Manager
A luxury hotel in Multan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hotel sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services
- Negotiate contracts and rates with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
- Plan and attend industry events such as trade shows, conferences, and networking events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local market
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month with performance-based bonuses. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Only candidates with their own visa will be considered.
