Contract Architectural Designer - Gujrat


We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Gujrat. As an Architectural Designer, you will use your creativity and technical knowledge to design and develop architectural plans and drawings for various projects. This role requires experience in the field and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and requirements
- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Make necessary adjustments or modifications to designs based on feedback from clients or stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Gujrat
