Architectural Designer

The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs and plans for various projects. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and technical proficiency in design software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Work closely with team members including engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility
- Utilize design software to create detailed drawings and models
- Present designs to clients for approval or feedback
- Make necessary adjustments based on client feedback or changes in project scope
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Availability to work full-time in Washington (remote work may be considered)

Salary: $1200 per month

City: Washington
