Architectural Designer


We are a well-established architectural firm located in Washington, seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess progress of projects
- Provide support during the construction phase by answering design-related questions and making necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Own valid work visa or eligibility to work in the United States

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per week.
