Biometric Passport Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Biometric Passport Support Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with biometric passport systems. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing system updates and maintenance, and providing training to clients on how to use the system effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients with biometric passport systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance.
- Provide training to clients on how to use the system effectively.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in person to resolve technical issues.
- Document all support activities accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the biometric passport system.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Knowledge of biometric technology and passport systems preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary: $1400/month

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Preference for Indians)

Note: This position does not require English proficiency as long as the candidate is fluent in at least one Indian language.
