IT Support Specialist

Our rapidly growing IT company in Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their systems are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with latest technology developments in order to provide the best support possible

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with network configuration and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Las Vegas, NV (candidates must be currently located in Las Vegas or willing to relocate at their own expense)
