Office Assistant - Sharjah, UAE



We are hiring an Office Assistant for our company based in Sharjah, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for Indian nationals seeking a job without English language requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office administration and be able to handle various tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and transfer incoming calls and take messages as needed
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for management staff
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and bill payments

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in office administration or related field
- Good communication skills in Hindi or any regional Indian language
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary:
A competitive salary of 1000$ will be offered for this position.

Location:
This role is located in Sharjah, UAE. Candidates must be willing to work without accommodation.
