Administrator - English Speaking (with Accommodation)
Our company is a leading organization in the city of Abu-Dhabi, providing quality services to clients from various backgrounds. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrator to join our team. As an administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff
- Maintain organized and efficient office systems
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients as needed
- Support the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as an administrator or office manager
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven track record of managing staff and delegating tasks
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with relevant work experience will also be considered.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month.
