As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant in Medina. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences that showcase our unique Malayalee cuisine. You will lead a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, and work closely with the management team to create menus, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment. Experience with Malayalee cuisine is preferred but not required. You must also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. We welcome applicants from all nationalities and backgrounds who are fluent in English. A degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field is required.
