We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our growing team in Malindi! Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims, including interviewing policyholders, witnesses, and experts.
- Evaluate damages and determine coverage based on policy terms.
- Review police reports, medical records, and other relevant documents.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims activities.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to insurance companies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
