Tutor/Teacher for Language Learning Center in Isa Town, Bahrain

As a tutor/teacher at our language learning center in Isa Town, Bahrain, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to students of various ages and backgrounds. Your main focus will be on teaching English as a second language, but you may also have the opportunity to teach other languages depending on your qualifications. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students based on their individual needs and abilities
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and teaching materials
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress and any concerns
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field (TEFL/TESOL certification preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language (other language teaching experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and helping others learn
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
