Moderator for English Speaking Online Platform in St-Petersburg, Russia



As a Moderator for our English speaking online platform in St-Petersburg, Russia, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and professional operation of our platform. This position requires a high level of fluency in English and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in moderation or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online platform and ensure that it meets our community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally
- Work closely with the customer support team to address any technical issues or concerns raised by users
- Collaborate with the content team to create and implement moderation policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online community management

Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, or other online communities preferred
- Customer service experience is a plus

Salary: 1500$ per month (gross)
Location: St-Petersburg, Russia (own visa required)
