Hotel Sales Manager in Salalah, Oman



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase revenue.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure the smooth execution of sales plans.
- Develop creative promotional packages to attract customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitors in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month. The final salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
