Sales Manager

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lusail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to lead a team towards achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase company revenue.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Train and onboard new sales team members as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes.
