Senior Architect - Design and Construction Manager

As a Senior Architect - Design and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in Vianden. Your main role will be to lead a team of architects and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all relevant regulations. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as technical knowledge and experience in architecture and construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process of various projects, including creating conceptual designs, developing detailed plans, and coordinating with engineers and other team members
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Manage the construction process from start to finish, including overseeing contractors, managing budgets, and ensuring quality control
- Lead a team of architects and engineers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, materials, and regulations
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture design and construction management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Vianden (Relocation assistance is available)
