Senior Architect - Vianden


We are in need of a skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Vianden. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your expertise in design, planning, and construction will be utilized as you collaborate with clients and team members to develop innovative and functional solutions.

As a Senior Architect, you must have a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and materials. You should also possess excellent communication and project management skills to effectively lead a team and ensure project deadlines are met. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in the field and the ability to think creatively while problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects from concept development to construction completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, regulations, and materials
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and materials
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Project management experience is preferred
- Ability to think creatively while problem-solving
