Head Chef


We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating new menu items, and ensuring high-quality food is consistently served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menu items that align with our restaurant's theme and vision
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies for menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create unique dishes while also managing food costs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
