We are in need of a skilled Welder to join our team in Atlanta. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks, including fabrication, maintenance, and repair work. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all welded structures and components are strong and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Select appropriate welding methods based on project requirements
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal pieces together
- Monitor the welding process to avoid overheating or warping of the metal
- Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure they meet specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role (minimum of 2 years)
- Proficient in using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Familiarity with different types of metal and their properties
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Experience with measuring tools such as calipers and rulers
- Knowledge of safety procedures for handling hot metals and chemicals
- Physical strength and stamina to work in demanding environments (e.g. confined spaces)
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
