Mason Supervisor


We are a construction company based in Bungoma, seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure high quality work and timely completion of projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of masons, providing guidance and direction as needed
- Plan and schedule tasks for the team, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the team
- Ensure all materials are used efficiently and according to project specifications
- Communicate with project managers and other supervisors to coordinate work schedules
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
- Good communication skills in English

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in India or are fluent in Hindi. Women are also encouraged to apply for this position.
