Job Title: Typesetter for Publishing Company in Karachi

We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our publishing company in Karachi. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images in various publishing materials such as books, magazines, and newspapers. You will need to have a strong eye for detail and excellent knowledge of typography and design principles.

Responsibilities:
- Format text and images according to design specifications
- Proofread content for errors and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and printers to ensure quality of final product
- Use typesetting software and tools effectively
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
- Ensure all content meets copyright laws and guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Typesetter or related role
- Proficient in typesetting software (Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design principles
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
