Job Title: Architectural Designer (Contract)



We are in search of a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis. Our company, located in Faisalabad, specializes in creating innovative and functional designs for various residential and commercial projects.

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using specialized software. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and translate them into unique design solutions. Your creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using specialized software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Research materials, finishes, and construction techniques for each project
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors throughout the design process
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are being implemented correctly

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Creative thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
