Online Consultant for Biometric Passport Assistance

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to provide assistance with biometric passport processes. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals seeking to obtain or renew their biometric passports. This is a contract job based in Karachi, with the potential for remote work.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels (such as email, chat, or video calls) to provide information and assistance regarding biometric passport processes
- Stay updated on the latest procedures and requirements for obtaining or renewing biometric passports
- Review client documents and provide guidance on how to complete them accurately and efficiently
- Troubleshoot any issues or concerns that clients may have during the application process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress with their applications

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an online consultant or customer service representative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of biometric passport processes and requirements is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus

Salary: Starting at $1300 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (remote work may be considered)
