Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance with their cruise booking and inquiries. This position is based in Al-Khor, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with booking their cruise, including selecting the right package and providing price quotes
- Handle complaints or issues from customers with empathy and find suitable resolutions
- Provide information on cruise itineraries, onboard activities, and other related services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
