Sales Manager - English Speaking (Moscow, Russia)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, and client feedback
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development role
- Fluency in English (Malayalees or Egyptians preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to learn about new products/services and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
