Merchandiser (Pakistani Nationals, Female Candidates Only)


We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability for our company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in merchandising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to determine the best product assortment
- Develop and execute merchandising plans that align with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Manage inventory levels to optimize sales and minimize losses
- Conduct regular store visits to identify opportunities for improvement
- Monitor competitor activities and make recommendations for competitive pricing and promotions
- Build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms
- Train store staff on product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales techniques

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Female candidates only
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel for occasional store visits

Salary: $1200/month (with accommodation provided)
