Job Title: Data Analyst

We are a fast-growing company in Akron searching for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our company.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting and organizing large data sets from various sources
- Analyzing and interpreting data using statistical techniques
- Identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions
- Developing reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Akron (open to candidates from all nationalities)
