Loader Operator

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Eldoret. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various heavy equipment, primarily loaders, to move materials on job sites
- Load and unload trucks with materials using the loader
- Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep track of daily production logs and report any delays or issues to supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings is preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments
- Valid driver's license is required

Salary: $1000 per month

Nationality: Indian (Preference)

Location: Eldoret (Preference)
