Job Title: Indian Moderator in Moscow


We are in search of a talented and dynamic Indian Moderator to join our team in Moscow. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating discussions, ensuring that all participants adhere to the rules and guidelines set by the platform. Your role will also involve monitoring user-generated content and responding to any violations or concerns.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions on various platforms and ensure they adhere to the rules and guidelines
- Respond promptly to any concerns or violations raised by users
- Assist in creating and implementing community policies
- Facilitate discussions by engaging with participants, asking questions, and providing feedback
- Conduct regular audits of user-generated content for quality control purposes
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive and respectful online environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in policies related to online communities

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a moderator or community manager
- Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively engage with users from diverse backgrounds
- Familiarity with social media platforms, discussion forums, and other online communities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Moscow, Russia. This position is open to individuals of Indian nationality who are currently located in Moscow or willing to relocate.
