Moderation Assistant


We are seeking a Moderation Assistant to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving user-generated content on our online platform. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Review and approve user-generated content according to company guidelines and standards
- Identify and remove inappropriate or offensive content
- Monitor user activity and provide feedback to improve user experience
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain consistency in moderation decisions
- Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to moderation

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred, but not required
- Able to work independently and make quick decisions
- Attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in language
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive content
- Prior experience in moderation is a plus, but not required
