Online Sales Consultant


Our rapidly growing company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Online Sales Consultant to join our team in Multan. As an Online Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through online channels. This is a part-time position that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online chat and email to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, answer any questions they may have, and ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to increase sales and meet monthly targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Act as a brand ambassador by representing our company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with online chat platforms
- Must have own visa status in Multan or be eligible for remote work in Pakistan

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this part-time position.
