Experienced Roofer

We are in search of an experienced and skilled roofer to join our team in Utena. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on various buildings and structures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in roofing and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month and visa sponsorship opportunities for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific buildings
- Install shingles, tiles, or other roofing materials according to building plans
- Repair or replace damaged or worn out roofs
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing roofs
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within specified timelines

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a roofer
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to roofing work
- Ability to read building plans and understand specifications
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with different types of roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, etc.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to roofing work
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
