Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager - Akron, Ohio, USA

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Akron. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Your main goal will be to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones to increase occupancy rates and revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and secure new business
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Create attractive packages and promotions to attract new business
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, events, and reservations to ensure seamless operations for clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management on a regular basis
- Attend industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel's services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and devise effective strategies accordingly
- Familiarity with sales techniques and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of hotel operations including reservations, event planning, marketing, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Salary: $1600 per month. This is a full-time position.
