Hotel Sales Manager - Indian Candidates


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Akron. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential growth areas
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure excellent customer service for guests
- Prepare sales reports and present them to management on a regular basis
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Train and mentor junior sales staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
