Shaping Technician

We are seeking a skilled Shaping Technician to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Shaping Technician, your main responsibility will be to shape and mold various materials, including wood, plastic, and metal, according to specific dimensions and specifications. You will work with various tools and equipment to create high-quality finished products. This role requires strong attention to detail, precision, and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Set up and operate shaping machines such as lathes, mills, routers, or saws
- Select the appropriate tooling for each job
- Shape materials to precise measurements using hand tools or machinery
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues with machines or materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Shaping Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in using shaping machines and hand tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Eldoret, Kenya (Visa sponsorship available for Indian candidates)
