We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced Online English Tutor to join our team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for teaching and be able to effectively communicate with students from diverse backgrounds.

As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students through our online platform. You will also be expected to provide personalized feedback and support to help students improve their language skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare online lessons that cater to the individual needs of students
- Deliver interactive and engaging lessons that incorporate various teaching methods
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment for students
- Collaborate with other tutors to continuously improve lesson plans and teaching strategies
- Keep track of student attendance, grades, and progress in our online system
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians when necessary
- Stay up-to-date with current teaching trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an English tutor or teacher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using online teaching platforms
- Strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation rules
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning styles
- Passion for helping students achieve their language goals
- Creative approach to lesson planning
- Fluency in English (native-level preferred)
