Sales Manager
A reputable company in Lahore is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good understanding of market trends and competitor activities
- Biometric passport (preferred)
